for filipina: 1. u would need to get a passport first, which i suggest you try to get now since you would need to set up an appointment with the DFA becuase if you dont have any appointment with them they wont assist you. thats as per the new rules they have 2. you would need to go to korean embassy located in makati (try to google the site) then have your tourist visa approved, you need not to pay for the visa if youplan to stay there within ust 3 months but if you want to extend then youd need to pay for your visa extension (wait for the visa to be approved after 5 days 3. plane tickets varies everytime. you can try to reserve earlier like 3 weeks before the time so u can have a bigger discount than reserving 3 days before the flight 4. regarding hotels you can check online what are the available hotels they have there in south korea just be specific where.
