Yes I know intrigue the complement though who doesn’t? I’m the great motorist as well as both of my relatives have been too. My mother is 36 as well as has never been pulled over before, my father upon the alternative palm has gotten the integrate tickets over the years. It would be the obscure spider non turbo.
Would the word be cheaper if I did not have full coverage usually if I strike someone.
CAN I HAVE MY PARENTS INSURE A CAR AS THEIRS TO SAVE MONEY AND I WILL USE IT AS MY DAILY DRIVER?

typically, yes
the insurance policy will not cover it if you are the owner. for it to be covered, it would have to belong to them and you would have to live with them.
I’ve worked with auto insurance for 22 years.
Yeah its possible…just have your parents insure it under there name and say that you might drive it at times when you talk to the insurance guy lol
my sister did it on her car and pays normal insurance
They can put u on their insurance it’l lraise the insurance a lil bit but it helps. Wouldnt recommend insuring there car as theres if ure driving it…
You have to be listed on the policy as an insured driver, so your own age and record will factor into how much it costs. If you don’t do this, it is insurance fraud and they will not pay anything if you are in an accident. They are very smart about investigating things like this.
My mom put her jeep in my name, and put my rx7 in hers. Saved me hundreds.
That won’t work since you would have to be listed as a driver in order to be covered. If you were to have an accident the company would investigate and find out that you had been driving it regularly, and they would porbably not be required to pay.l
Yes you can do this. But the thing is, depending on their type of coverage, if in the event you wreck or are in an accident, the insurance may not pay for the damages if you arent listed as a driver. But of course, the insurance will be lower for the because of her perfect driving record and their age. But you can be listed as a driver and still be okay to driver.
good luck
No. The insurance company will ask for the names and ages of ALL driver’s in the household. Then they will calculate the policy of the highest risk driver on the most expensive vehicle, even if you don’t drive the most expensive.
Just bought my wife a new ride. But since I’m the dude, they put the ride as if I’m the principle driver. Even though I don’t even ride in it.
Yes, and it is not cheating. The car just needs to be registered in their name, and they can insure it. You will most likely cause their insurance to go up, so they need to be willing to help you out. I carried my son on my insurance until he was 26 and bought a new car in his own name. I couldn’t believe how much the cost of my insurance dropped when he was off of it. We didn’t cheat anybody, they made very good money from us for many years.
sorry to burst your bubble but, when a person buys insurance they ask you who the drivers are, and when they say you are under 25 the rate will be higher. if they lie and you get in an accident the insurance WON’T pay. no matter who’s at fault.
I dont see your age so I guess your a teenager?? The rates will really go up on your parents. Cheaper to get an old car, get your own Ins. and you can drive either. I didnt let any of my kids drive my cars. They had to wait til they got out of HS got a job to afford their own car and Ins. Sound like cruel punishment to some, but the parents are liable for who drives their car just like you will be and can get sued for *loaning* your Ins company out. The rates are higher if a person is at home and under 25 that drives your car. Some Ins companies will raise your rates just because your kid got his permit even tho he wont be driving your car. Check with your Ins company.
