I’ve been using coupons.com. You’ll probably have to load their coupon printer but it was easy and I haven’t had any problems with viruses, etc.
There’s another site that you may want to know about: http://www.thegrocerygame.com
They usually have a trial offer of $1.00 for four weeks (28 days). The site has links to grocery stores all over the country. For $1.00 trial membership you can get an advance list of what’s on sale at your store (each addl store you want to view has an additional price, I think). This helps you decide what is on sale that you need to buy.
Also included in the list, next to each sale item, are indicators whether there was a recent coupon, how much it was for, and whether it was in RedPlum, SmartSource, The P&G Saver, etc.
Take a look at their website, even if you don’t sign up. It’s pretty intersting.

I hear ya! I don’t use those because they email me more than I’d like and it always ends up in my Spam folder (probably for a reason). I just get the kind out of the newspaper.
What you might do also is check and see if your local supermarkets have offers through their websites and sign up thru your email address. I did this with Safeway and I love it!

Do you already clip coupons from the Sunday paper? I only use those and save anywhere from $5 – $15 on each shopping trip. Call and find out which grocers around you doubles the coupons, then a $.40 coupon really saves you $.80! The grocery store you go to now may already be one of those places but just call to make sure.
Also, the coupons in the paper a lot of times correspond with the sales in the grocery stores so coordinate the coupons you will use with what is on sale in the grocer circular you get in the mail.
