Yes, you can get into the park with just the voucher, you also need to show id to match the name on it. The website does not say where exactly to go, but it is usually close to or at either the Guest Services or Guest Relations on Main Street. It is probably not the same as the flash pass place because it gets too busy sometimes to handle all of that at one location. It looks like there are a lot of new shops and restaurants this year, it could be set up in a spot where one of the old ones used to be. They will have a big sign up when you first go into the park – you don’t need to do it right away either, just before you leave for the day. If you go later in the day the line will be really short or no wait at all. Have fun at the park
