There are a few out there, but promos change so often that it is best to wait until you get to Vegas. Most hotels will give you a coupon book upon check in.

Also check Ebay for las vegas coupons. Sometimes you can get a pretty good deal (but also beware of some of the packages of a bunch of coupons — sometimes they just send you a link to web sites).
