I need to stop ppl from personification games during work hours.
I have stop ppl from installing applications by giving them singular accounts.
But it still cant stop them given they can implement diversion in to their pendrives in home as well as take it to work.
The games i beheld were a little yahoo games, commissioned in pendrives, or alternative infrequent games.
Is there any program or programs which can stop this from happening? Its removing out of hand, given many of the time i not in the bureau monitoring.

Simply solution is to prominently display a notice stating that from whatever date, any employee found misusing his office computer during working hours will face immediate dismissal.
Then go on to clearly define your company’s definition of misuse – whether applying simply to games or to all non work-related activities
I’m going to have to agree with jim. Your users are bound by your computer usage policy. Take it up with your superiors. When people start thinking about losing their job in this economy, they will straighten up.
Group policy can easily disable removable media, the question is, do you want them to still be able to use flash drives and just not execute from them?
That can be done, but it is more complicated.
EAM can help u disable all removable drives and filter certain unwanted applications:
